Ron Paul Polling Second in New Hampshire

By Lisa

A Bloomberg News poll conducted November 10-12 shows Texas Congressman Ron Paul in second position among Republican primary contenders in New Hampshire. Paul, who is the preferred choice of 17 percent of likely primary goers, trails only Mitt Romney, former governor of adjacent Massachusetts.

The New Hampshire figures were revealed just hours after the release of Bloomberg News poll results showing Paul in a statistical tie for first place in Iowa, and a Public Policy Poll in which he was the only Republican candidate to best Obama among independent voters.

The Iowa Caucus is set for January 3 and the New Hampshire Primary, January 10, 2012.
