The Citizens Medal is one of our nation's highest civilian honors and recognizes Americans who have made a difference in their communities, but who may not have received national attention. We need your help to find the everyday heroes around the country who are making a difference in their communities.
The deadline to submit a nomination for the 2012 Citizens Medal is tomorrow, April 24 at 11:59 p.m. EDT.
