RNC Releases New Web Video: “Obama 2012 From Hope to Hypocrisy”

WASHINGTON - The Republican National Committee (RNC) released a new web video "Obama 2012: From Hope to Hypocrisy" as the Obama campaign makes their intentions for the fall campaign clear. Instead of running on their 'accomplishments,' aka run-away spending, greater debt and a stagnant economy, they are resorting to the same negative campaigning they denounced in 2008.

"After three years of failed promises, Barack Obama has chosen to run the most negative campaign in history to try and keep his job," said RNC Chairman Reince Priebus. "In 2008 President Obama said, 'If you don't have any fresh ideas, then you use stale tactics to scare voters.' And now that's exactly what he's doing--attacking and trashing his opponents and trying to divert attention from his failures.

"With no record to run on, we've seen The Candidate of Hope and Change descend into The President of Fear and Deception who is willing to say and do anything to get reelected. Obama has devolved from Hope to Hypocrisy. In 2008 Obama misled America. This fall, the American people will see right through Obama's charade and elect a Republican president who, instead of focusing on rhetoric, will focus on turning the economy around."
